Rental Terms

Ceol Na Mara is available to rent from March to November and is shut for the winter. Longer winter bookings will be considered including Christmas and New Year.

We try to ensure changeover days are either on a Friday or Monday but will endeavor to meet other needs where required.

BOOKING TERMS

• The above prices are all inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen and towels (towels for house use only).

• A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking if there are less than 4 weeks remaining until the start of your holiday.

• We do not charge a booking fee.

• Our cancellation policy offers a 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date, and 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before the check-in date. Refunds do not include the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation insurance is not included with your booking but your insurance company or insurance broker should be able to assist in arranging this cover. You are strongly advised to effect suitable cover to protect against financial loss in the event of forced cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In order to place a booking, we require a completed Booking Form together with the appropriate payment by bank transfer.

• We regret that, as a small business, we are unable to accept payment by credit/debit card or by cheque.
